MS CRM 3.0 Implementation Strategies

Hi Techies,

I am a CRM Consultant, working for Snapdragon Consulting, Sydney Australia. We implement Microsoft CRM, which helps our clients to customise and align thier customer relations to meet their business strategy.  I play multiple roles during the lifecycle of any CRM project which includes requirement analysis, setting up project delivereables, installation and configuration of Microsoft CRM, customizing the CRM Software, training Users and support post installation issues. 

This blog would address all the technical issues I face during CRM installation and related Microsoft technologies.

Engaging with MS CRM is very challenging. This blog is to share my knowledge and my learning curve. Every other day we come to know something new in MS CRM and other related Technologies and BLOG is the best way to share information with like minded professionals.
